James is the owner and president of Plum Strategic Investments. He has extensive experience in business development and management. James is a member of the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce and served as Vice President of Sales of PK Promos for 5 years. He has been involved in the real estate business for over 5 years and is a licensed real estate agent in California. James is also an accomplished public speaker and motivator.

Kristie is a "Certified Mortgage Planner" and has been in the real estate finance business for over 15 years. Originally focusing on real estate sales, Kristie is now concentrating on the finance and investment side of the business. She and her team work directly with clients creating investment strategies and enhancing their equity through real estate investments. Kristie is a licensed real estate agent in California and Arizona.

Gary has over 35 of experience in the Financial Services sector working with many of the largest financial institutions, including JPMorgan Chase Bank, Bank of America and Wells Fargo. In addition to his experience in Operations and Marketing, his strengths are project management, implementation and team building.

Butch has been a part of Plum Strategic Investments from the beginning but only came over full time January 2008, where he drove the success of Plum Financial Group as Director of Sales & Marketing. Prior to that he worked with Capital Line Financial for 5 years as a successful mortgage Advisor/Marketing Manager and was instrumental in creating their Client for Life Program. Butch came to Plum Financial Group with over 18 years of Sales and Marketing experience and served his country in the US Armed forces during the Desert Storm conflict Butch is dedicated to his community, he coaches Youth Football for the Simi Valley Vikings, Coaches Volleyball and volunteers at his Church for Bingo nights, and is dedicated to his wife of 20 years and three children.
